Here, under the heading “what to expect”, we like to inform you about the expectations you may have and what we expect from our guests.
Accessibility
The house is located within a fenced area, accessible through a wide gate. All the rooms in the house and the verandah are at the same level. The temperature in Bukoba allows all rooms to be well ventilated and we apply Covid-19 measures as required.
The entrance area is flat, while eastwards the garden has sloping areas.
We consider the house suitable for children above six years. Childcare cannot be provided.
Parking is on the compound. The house and verandah are accessible for disabled persons, making use of a short ramp to enter the house or reach the verandah. There are no doorsteps in the house.
Opening Times
We are open all year round.
Check In time: 2pm – 8pm
Check Out time: 7am – latest 12 noon
Please ask if you have a special need for a different check-in or check-out time.
Smoking and Drinking
Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available on request.
Pets
Guest pets are not allowed.
Terms and conditions
- Only cash payment is accepted, in Tanzanian shillings; several banks in Bukoba town offer foreign currency exchange as well as ATM service for VISA, Master and Maestro cards.
- Cancellations can be accepted when done latest two days before the check in date.
